Ticket Alert

Tickets for this Saturday's last home League game against Watford are expected to be sold out by the end of today. Supporters are advised to call the ticket office today should they wish to attend the game.

As the season comes to a close the club wishes to acknowledge the tremendous support shown by its fans.  Managing Director, Paul Aldridge,  said:

"I would like to thank our supporters for their loyalty throughout the season and ask them, once again, to get behind Alan and the team in these final two Leagues games as we push for a play-off spot."

Paul also dismissed reports in yesterday's Sunday Times, that the club "faces a financial crisis", as ludicrous and wildly inaccurate. He said "The club's year end accounts will show a substantial reduction in debt.

"We have had an excellent relationship with Barclays for over 100 years and that relationship is stronger and better than ever - I'm afraid this is clearly just another alarmist story trying to de-stabilise the club at this very important stage of the season."

Fans will be pleased to know that the club has been able to arrange a further 800 tickets for the last League game of the season away against Wigan.
