West Ham United's Under-19's finished their campaign with a 1-0 victory over Chelsea on Saturday.
Liam Parrington scored a controversial penalty when his original spot kick rebounded off the bar only for Liam to follow up with a header.
Says Tony Carr: "There is some debate as to whether their keeper touched it or not, but we feel that he did.
"It was a terrific result and a game of two penalties because Darren Behcet made a first class penalty save for us in the first half."
