Ticket Update

Because of the ongoing postal problems due to unofficial strike action by some Royal Mail staff, we would ask supporters that have either applied for or are due to apply for away match tickets for the Wimbledon fixture on Tuesday 25th November, to please note the following:

The ticket office has not received any incoming post since Saturday 25th October and whilst we have received a small number of applications for Wimbledon, it would seem these were posted on or before the 22nd October.

If you have already posted an application after the above date or were due to post today to be received by tomorrow, we would advise you that on this occasion we will accept applications by fax on 0208 548 2719. These will be treated as Priority Point Post and all applications must be received by close of business Thursday.

If the ticket office receive your original postal application later, it will be destroyed. Faxed applications will be processed on Friday 31st October. We would recommend that once you have sent your request from your machine, a confirmation sheet should be obtained confirming your request was sent successfully.

When sending a fax application please state clearly the lead reference number (this is where all tickets will be posted to), a daytime telephone number,  other client reference numbers and the switch/credit card number and expiry date.  Please note tickets will not be held for incomplete or unauthorised applications.
