Looking at the West Brom game, Alan Pardew says:

"With no win in the league for five games, the pressure is building on us - but it is not as if we've been losing games or losing confidence.

"But we have got to improve and play with freedom and we need to focus on how important every game is; we are not producing performances to win us automatic promotion, and it's absolutely understandable the fans are frustrated.

"I have said I want to create a culture of success - this is a results business after all - but we have no divine right to get promoted; it has to be earned.

"It has always been very friendly and that's fantastic in some ways but it's so friendly you can get a bit relaxed, so I have changed some things that have happened here for years - but I wouldn't make a big thing of it."

There will be discount vouchers in the matchday programme for the West Brom game entitling fans to free printing on a home or away shirt bought in the stadium shop [non matchday only]; free admittance to the museum when spending £30 in the stadium shop [Saturday matchday only] after 11am; a 50p discount off a matchday programme for the Wigan Athletic match on the 29th November; and a 10% discount on any purchase made in the stadium shop over £30 before 11am on a Saturday matchday only.
