Glenn Roeder is bringing in Swiss right-back Badile Lubamba on a
short trial this week.
"He is coming over for a couple of days' training and we will see how it goes from there," says Glenn.
As a teenager, Badile, currently with ESTAC - the club based in Troyes who are currently bottom of the table in France's top division - trained with Wimbledon for five months.
He served his three year apprenticeship with Lausanne in Switzerland before moving to Meyrin, then Delémont, followed by Lucerne and finally Lugano - all Swiss clubs.
Despite being born in the Democratic of Congo, he has been in three Switzerland squads - for a friendly against Greece, and World Cup qualifiers against the USSR and the Faroe Islands.
