"The renewal rate has been excellent, looking at the numbers coming in each day we could achieve an 80% renewal rate by Friday, and after the disappointment of last season that is some feat.
"Most supporters I have spoken to when renewing were encouraged by the team's form towards the end of last season and are confident that can be carried into the start of the new campaign.
"We obviously hope the team can repay that commitment and reward the fans' loyalty.
"We have received over 3,000 requests for season ticket information packs since details were announced and we are hopeful that a number of these supporters will choose to become season ticket holders between now and August 9, when the new season kicks off.
"Applications for club membership are also going well with the current number that have joined showing an increase of 1,000 on this time last year.
"Supporters are advised to return their membership applications to the office before June 13 to receive maximum priority in booking match tickets for the opening matches of the new season.
"Those that renew by the 13th will receive a priority booking form soon after the fixtures are released on June 19.
"All memberships received after June 13 will be able to purchase their tickets from Tuesday, July 8."
