West Ham reserves drew 1-1 with Leicester City on Wednesday evening
as Steve Lomas made his comeback for half a game.
Paul Broker gave the visitors the lead on the quarter hour, while Greg Pearson, who has featured in the first team squad recently, scored a second half equaliser with a penalty after being fouled.
Both Greg and Chris Cohen, just back from suspension following a sending off, were booked.
Neil Mellor also made his comeback, hitting the bar early on, and, unlike Steve - for whom a full game was never intended - has an outside chance of making the first team squad at the weekend.
