Cursing West Ham's luck on Saturday, he says:
"It is harsh and we have to pick ourselves up - you could say it is a good result coming away to the team top of the league and getting a draw but I don't see it that way.
"I feel we should have won - and that is expectations for you.
"To say we have picked up one point from the two games against them is annoying but we have to get on with it.
"I was disappointed and all the lads are frustrated; I just think it was there to win and we did everything that was expected."
But Michael is certainly not pointing the finger at Hayden Mullins, whose own goal equalised for West Brom, and he says:
"You can't blame Hayden for the goal; he is coming back to help the defence out and it is one of those things.
"Within the season you sort of think that those things even themselves out."
