The award follows on from the Investors In People and East London and Essex Growth Business Of The Year awards that the club received in 2002.
The accreditation means, says David Thorpe-Tracey, Director of Hospitality, that the club are "satisfying exacting criteria about providing an excellence of service."
It also ensures that there is a mechanism in place to respond to any suggestions from the customers about how service can be improved.
