Important Travel Information

West Ham United would like to advise supporters intending to travel by rail to our Premiership match at Manchester City this coming Sunday (April 27) that, due to engineering works, there will be no trains from London Euston reaching Manchester Piccadilly station before the kick-off time of 2pm.

A Virgin Trains spokesman has confirmed to whufc.com that, due to engineering works, the first train leaving Euston for Manchester on Sunday morning departs at 10.30 and doesn't arrive in Manchester until 14.21.

Despite National Rail enquiries and Virgin's own website suggesting otherwise, the spokesman assures us this is the case and, therefore, supporters intending to book rail travel are advised to seek other means of transport on Sunday.

However, supporters seeking further clarification or details can contact Virgin Trains on: 0870 789 1234.
