I think there wouldn't be any harm done in using Garcia or
Sofiane. I watched the two lads in a reserve game against Tottenham
the other week and they both seemed to be lively. It would good to
know we have some quality strikers other than
Paolo, Jermain and Fredi.

After watching the highlights of the game against Liverpool, I have
to ask why Titi Camara was not playing from the start? After all,
he is an out and out striker and would have been a better target
man than Trev or Jermain because of his size. If it's
a case of him not being 100% match fit, then bring on the
youngsters - Sofiane and Garcia - for them to gain experience
when Titi runs out of steam. But I say give the man a chance, he
used to be a 20-goal a season striker and, with Glenn feeding him
confidence, he can be again. He can bring some Kanoute
qualities to the team even if only for a short while.

It's time for Titi Camara or Youssef Sofiane to lead the line
with Defoe, instead of trying to play Jermain up on his own. We
need to take the game to Oldham by playing two up front

Does a footballer become a bad player overnight? Camara, as far as
I can remember, was a pretty good player at Liverpool. So if he is
fit give him a chance and yes, give the younger players a
chance also. It might make the more established players fight for
their places in the first team.

I believe Titi should be given the chance. It is hard for any
striker, regardless of quality, to find form when they only play
the last 10 or 15 minutes of a game. I also believe that we have
some good young talent coming through but Titi should be given the
chance to prove himself. I would also like to see Brent Rahim given
a chance before the transfer window opens again in January. With
regards to the Liverpool game, I feel Titi should have started from
the start up front alongside Jermain, with Trevor
Sinclair in his usual effective position. Anyway, looks like we
might get the chance to blood some youngsters against Oldham!

I think that Camara should get into the starting line up with
Defoe. My only other thought is that Garcia netted three times
playing with Australia in the last few friendlies they had and was
also voted star man for at least one. I think even trying
a 4-3-3 might work.

It's definitely time for Titi! I thought his perfomance
late in the game against Liverpool was very encouraging and I'm
in no doubt that he's a class act. With West Ham in their
current position it's a case of class, not experimentation,
and I think Titi will perform. If either Defoe or Camara
don't perform, then I'd love to see one of the youngsters
used, but Titi needs a chance - his career depends on it!

I think Glenn Roeder should give the young boys a go. I think
Garcia would play well if given a chance. Garcia has played with
Joe Cole and Michael Carrick in the youth team and I
think he would fit into the first team nicely.

I would give Titi a start. If it works out it could almost be like
having a new signing and would give the rest of the squad a boost.
We're not exactly setting the world alight as far as goals
scored are concerned so I can't see what there is to lose. The
Oldham game is the perfect opportunity for him to start. If it
doesn't pay off at least it's been tried. Points in the
league are at a premium now so take a chance in the Worthington
Cup...you never know!

I think Titi's chance is long overdue. I saw him in pre-season
and he looked razor sharp. He has also lost weight and is desparate
for a first team start, just to prove himself. I feel Trevor
Sinclair cannot team up with Jermain Defoe as there is nobody to
win aerial balls, and with Titi's height I feel he could a
sleeping giant within the Hammers squad.
