Titi was given a warm reception from his former fans at Anfield on Saturday when he came on for Jermain Defoe, and he says:
"That is normal; the place will remain engraved in my memory and I had some good times here."
But he is far more concerned with West Ham's precarious position near the bottom and adds:
"It was a hard game and difficult; now we have to mobilise ourselves to start winning at home - that is how we can compensate.
"From one single game we can't get too depressed; it will be enough to regroup and work again.
"We all have to go in the same direction, and it is not right to say after a defeat that is the fault of this or that person.
"We are all concerned and we are all there for West Ham - to maintain our place in the Premiership."
David James admits he was impressed with his former club's performance and says:
"They played well, as did Michael Owen, but we did have a chance at 1-0."
And Titi concludes:
"Liverpool is a great team that fully deserves to be top of the table."
