The former Hammers midfielder was suitably impressed by the rebuilding of the Dr Martens stand, and says: "The new stand looks nice and when the other one is done it will be a very impressive ground. It's looking very, very nice.
"West Ham are moving up the table - and the capital is the place to be as far as I'm concerned."
Leicester are moving to a new ground themselves next season, which will hold a capacity of 32,000.
Whether that will be hosting Premiership football remains to be seen after the Foxes were left rooted to bottom spot by West Ham's 1-0 win on Saturday.
Andy adds: "We can't even get draws at the moment. We have got to start getting victories and take it one game at a time.
"The lads said that Wisey should definitely have had a penalty but that's how it goes and you can't rely on penalty decisions - maybe West Ham deserved it.
"We fancied our chances but West Ham got the goal and won the match, though we had a little bit of pressure towards the end of the game."
Andy tried to clear Paolo Di Canio's winning goal but says: "He is a genius and could have put it anywhere."
