Hayden Foxe has been exonerated from his FA misconduct charge
following a hearing at Soho Square on Tuesday.
He was charged under rule 2(E) as a result of a clash with Barry Hayles at Upton Park on November 3rd last year.
Both players were booked as a result and the charge came at the turn of the year.
Says secretary Peter Barnes: "It was a very fair hearing and the case was considered to be 'not proven'.
Glenn Roeder was in attendance to support the player.
