Prices Frozen

West Ham's ticket office manager Steve Kitcher is pleased to announce that season ticket and match ticket prices will be frozen next season.

And not only will 2002-03 prices be identical to the current campaign, there will be further benefits as well.

"From next season ticket holders will be given discounts when purchasing their seats for home cup ties," he reveals.

"Exact details will be given in the renewal packs which should be received by our season ticket holders at the end of the month."

It has been an even busier time for Steve and his team since the Dr Martens stand opened, and he adds: "It's been hectic but enjoyable - the redevelopment has meant that many more lower price band seats are available to our supporters than ever before.

"The increased capacity has also given us the flexibility to introduce schemes such as Kids For A Quid, which was hugely successful this season - and will definitely be carried over into 2002-03.

"We feel we have left most of our London neighbours standing when it comes to catering for the needs of the under-16s."

Next season Membership packages will include further benefits to members, with greater incentives to adult members as well as further discounts to Junior Hammers.

"Next season Junior Hammers will pay only £5 for any seat at Category B fixtures, and Hammers Club members will be given incentives and discounts when booking a certain number of fixtures," says Steve.

Again, exact details will be released in due course and made available in the membership literature when it is sent out later this season.
