Reporting to the Information Technology manager, he/she will be responsible for the installation, support and maintenance of the desktop PC's, Servers and Ethernet Network at the Boleyn Ground, the sportswear retail outlets around the South-East area and the Chadwell Heath training ground.
The Club is seeking someone with a keen interest in football as they will also be responsible for editing West Ham United's matches using the Video Analysis System and occasionally working with football coaches at the Training Ground.
Applicants must have at least three years working IT experience as well as strong exposure and knowledge of PC hardware and the Microsoft Windows environment.
The IT Support Specialist's role will be very hands-on and requires the ability to self-motivate. The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for implementing the IT infrastructure for all areas of the Club including the Ticket Office, Hospitality, Hotel and Conferencing as well as playing a strong part in driving the club forward with its Information Technology strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone with good all-round PC skills as well as the ability to communicate with other members of staff.
