Fredi, who was replaced by Svetoslav Todorov in the second half of his comeback match, says:
"I didn't feel too bad despite the injury to my left hamstring.
"It did pull again so I asked to go off; but I'm not
sure if it will be better in time for Reading.
"I was disappointed not to finish the game because I wanted to
score the winning goal.
"I started the match well and felt good; I prepared well for it.
"I hope the injury is not too bad and that in one or two weeks I will be 100%."
And he is optimistic that West Ham can have a decent campaign despite the current position of fourth from bottom.
"I think we can have a good season because we are stronger than last year," he says.
"But we have to succeed in front of goal - then we will be all right."
