Comeback At Crewe

West Ham's under-19 side continued their unbeaten start to the new FA Premier Youth Academy league with a 3-3 draw at Crewe Alexandra.

However, it took a tremendous second half comeback from Tony Carr's team to secure a point after the hosts raced into a 3-0 lead with just half an hour remaining.

Said Tony: "We still remain unbeaten but we need to stop conceding goals.

"However, it takes time and the players need to get their confidence."

James Allen brought the Hammers back into the game and makeshift forward Glen Johnson grabbed a second before Allen's late, thunderous drive completed the comeback.

Team: Jackson, Metitri (Khan 66), Dean, Johnson, Laurie, Cleaver, Tobolewski (Collington 80), Cascione, Allen, Eastwood (Ritchie 62), D McMahon.
