Raggy replaced Nigel Winterburn, who had a back problem, at left back, but was left shell shocked by the 7-1 defeat.
He says: "All you can say is that it was poor and the performance doesn't show what is in the team; it's not good enough.
"We did well at the beginning of the second half then we conceded a lucky goal and it just collapsed.
"Then they could do whatever they wanted and give us the run around.
"Of course we were one man down in the second half but you can't use that; in the end we weren't up for it on the day.
"It's really s*** when you fight for a place in the team and then don't perform at all, me included."
Raggy was switched to central defence as West Ham switched to wing backs and admits: "I felt a little bit more safe in the middle but there were too many easy mistakes."
As to what can be done to put things right, he says: "We have to keep working in training and hope to get another chance; I don't know what more to say."
