I grew up in Glasgow and everyone either supported Rangers or Celtic so I thougt i would be different .

When I was looking for a good English football team to support, most people I asked said go for Man Utd or Spurs.

So I set about it myself and started to get interested in West Ham. I was so proud, being 5 years old and finding a football team to support that most people in Glasgow had never heard of.

I always wore the claret and blue to school. I don't know where my parents got them because it's hard to find a shop in Glasgow that sells the Hammers top.

When I got into fourth year in secondary school, I was glad to find one of my teachers was as mad about the Hammers as I was. Being a West Ham fan to me is like my religion because I have never believed in something as much in my life.
