Although rumours suggest that he could be a target for Liverpool following their sale of Robbie Fowler, Fredi stresses: "The only thing I want to do is achieve at West Ham because I am part of this club and that is all I am thinking of.
"There is not a problem. I said that I am happy here and I look forward, but not too far away."
And he denies recent assertions that he would seek a move if the Hammers did not qualify for Europe at the end of the season, adding: "Everybody wants European football; I can't certify that we will get it but all I can say is that we will do our best.
"After that you look at the top seven but we just have to look at the short term and this weekend, then we will see.
"I hope in the next few days we can get in the top 10 at least and we need a victory on Saturday."
Fredi reveals that he met Prince Charles in a Whitechapel mosque recently, and says: "He is a very gentle, very kind person and he knew who I was.
"He asked me if I was going to play and I said I was injured, but that was it. I didn't get much time to talk to him but maybe I will invite him to West Ham next time!
"I know he is involved in all that kind of stuff; he helps people and doesn't care what their origins are or what their religion is, and that is what is good about him - I think he is a good man."
Speaking of his religious faith, he says: "I worship; I don't like to call it 'serious' but I do practise."
And he insists that he abhors the recent terrorist acts in America, adding: "We don't have to mix anything. I don't know one single Moslem who is okay with what bin Laden did - we have to be careful because that is not Islam.
"It helps with everything, not only football; it is a more important thing, it is life."
