Club doctor Ges Steinbergs has confirmed that Steve Lomas will be
out of action for six weeks.
The results of an x-ray have shown that he has broken his toe and Ges says: "He has had a pin inserted today on his fourth toe which will be in for about three weeks, and overall he will be ruled out for a month and a half."
Ironically, Steve was making his first start for nearly a year on Saturday after being ruled out with a knee injury and says: "It was a nightmare - the broken toe is not serious but rules me out for a while.
"So, although I was initially happy to get a run out it wasn't the way I wanted it to go and it is very disappointing."
