West Ham United's under-19s triumphed 3-2 against Aston
Villa on Friday - with James Allen scoring his second
successive hat-trick.
"We deserved the win and we are looking more balanced as a team now," said Tony Carr.
"We are an improved outfit and we are not conceding sloppy goals now.
"We were 1-0 down within a minute, led 2-1 at half-time, and then got the winner 10 minutes from the end after they equalised - and it was another good day for James."
Team: Jackson, Khan, Tattum, Ferdinand, Ward (Cleaver 46), Britton, Akinsete, Cascione, Allen, Eastwood, Dean (Ritchie 70). Subs unused: Metitiri, Morris, Sealey.
