*PLUS Pre-Season Schedule*
Trevor Sinclair has already declared that, despite a report to the contrary, he is happy at West Ham, but Glenn knows other speculation is likely to follow.
But he reassures supporters that he is looking at acquisitions rather than sales, saying: "I have not got any intentions at the moment of selling anyone else - and I've been told that I don't have to over the next few years.
"We've done all our selling and what we want to do now is add to the squad and make it better than it is."
Indeed, the transfer market is at the top of his agenda now that the pre-season programme has been all but finalised.
He admits that a tour of Sweden has been shelved, explaining: "We were thinking about maybe going to Sweden but we've decided against that now.
"We felt as far as that country was concerned there was too much travelling to be done."
Now, all but one of the pre-season matches (see below) has been set, and Glenn says: "I feel comfortable about staying at home, doing our work at Chadwell Heath, and going to the games from there.
"Pre-season is all about improving your fitness each game and making sure you are absolutely right for the opening match on the 18th of August."
Glenn hopes to be able to confirm the final fixture shortly, adding: "That last game is important and if I get what I think we are going to get it will be a good test for us against a very decent European side.
"The other five have been confirmed and we are just waiting for confirmation about the sixth in the next 24 hours or so."
Glenn denies, incidentally, a report that says Chris Waddle will be announced as his number two, explaining: "I think that has come up because people know I have got a very good working relationship with Chris.
"I played with him and have kept in touch with him over the years.
"But Chris is entrenched up in Sheffield and he loves living up there, and wouldn't be up for moving to east London."
Glenn has pledged to be open with the supporters, except where it would be to the detriment of the club, and he says: "I will be honest whenever I can but obviously there may be occasions for club policy when I have to drop a shoulder left and go right.
"But that will be very rare, as I am not that sort of operator."
