"Applicants must be fit," says stadium manager John Ball. "They must be honest, reliable, and prepared to work a shift system.
"Experience is not essential as training will be given - and being a Hammers fan is not a requirement of the job!"
One position starts immediately, and the others in November.
Some work will be at Chadwell Heath, and some at Upton Park.
It is all part of the continuing increase in activity at the club, and John adds: "Because of the redevelopment we are expanding our security arrangements.
"The people we employ will be looking after the hotel and hospitality facilities and there will be functions in the evenings to oversee."
