As per details advertised in season ticket holders renewal packs, to ensure that those that travel the most frequently are given priority, procedures for applying for away match tickets have changed slightly.
To replace the old voucher system, all season ticket holders will now be issued with a ticket priority card. These cards are currently being distributed to all current season ticket holders and should be received by the dates shown below. However should you not have received your card, don't worry as you will still be able to apply using your client reference number shown inside your season ticket wallet.
After Bondholders, priority will now be given to those supporters applying using a postal application. Each time an away ticket is purchased, one point will be allocated to that particular season ticket holders client reference number.
Should the season ticket holder wish to gain priority using the points they have gained, they must do so using a postal application. This must be received by the ticket office no later then the date set by the ticket office, enclosing or quoting their client reference number.
Should demand be sufficient a minimum number of points will be set that each applicant must have obtained in order for his/her application to be successful. The required number of points will be set by the ticket office depending on number of applicants and allocation.
Should tickets remain after sales to the above, Season ticket holders not wishing to apply using the above method can apply in person or by telephone at a later date set by the ticket office.
