2024/25 JSB Members meet for final meeting at London Stadium

The West Ham United Junior Supporters’ Board (JSB) held its third meeting of the 2024/25 season on Saturday 9 August 2025 at London Stadium.

Members, aged 11 to 16, reviewed past initiatives, shared ideas to improve the junior fan experience and discussed new projects for the season ahead.

The meeting included a ‘You Said, We Did’ review and an update from the JSB Fan Representative on the Fan Advisory Board, highlighting recent successes and plans to enhance matchday experiences and celebrate the Club’s East End heritage.

New initiatives suggested by members included a child-friendly pre-match quiz, improvements to ticket access for under-13 supporters, family security fast-track lanes, QR codes around the stadium for history and quizzes. Each of these ideas will be discussed in full at the next meeting.

Former West Ham United winger Matt Jarvis joined the meeting for a Q&A session with JSB members. The group had prepared questions in advance about his career highlights, challenges, and experiences as a professional footballer. Matt shared personal insights into life on and off the pitch, offering advice to young fans and giving an inside look at what it takes to succeed in football.
