COVID-19 Guidelines

We are delighted to be able to welcome fans back to London Stadium, and we have put a range of policies in place to ensure the safety of everyone attending. When at the ground, all supporters are responsible for their own health, so please ensure you maintain social distancing and wear a face covering or mask.

Any supporter over the age of 11 must wear a face covering at all times in the following areas:

  • External areas on bridges
  • External concourses
  • Turnstiles
  • Internal concourses / walkways
  • Toilets
  • Stands
  • Seating Areas
  • Staircases / landings
  • In hospitality – lounges, escalators, toilets and all circulation areas

The only time when you do not need to wear a mask is when eating or drinking, and we would recommend returning to your seat when eating or drinking to ensure the concourse is kept clear for anyone moving around the ground.

If you are medically exempt from wearing a face covering under Government guidelines, you do not have to wear one, but you may wish to use one of the Government resources to demonstrate this, including the use of a GP letter and/or hidden disabilities card and lanyard. Any exemptions must be made known to the Club in advance of attending a match by email to:

All supporters attending the game must have completed a health questionnaire and reconfirmed their questionnaire 24 hours before the game. These questionnaires confirm that all supporters attending are safe, are not experiencing any symptoms or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive.

Then, on arrival at the stadium, you will be subject to temperature checks by St John’s Ambulance and you may be requested to show photo ID to ensure only those who have completed the health questionnaire are in attendance. Please note that the search bridges will open at the same time as the turnstiles, so if you arrive before that point you will not be able to gain access to the stadium island.

Around the ground, you’ll see a range of signage to remind you of the COVID-19 guidance in place, in addition to the hand sanitiser stations that have been installed. Please take the opportunity to use these regularly or use the soap and water available in our toilets.

We don’t want fixtures without fans. Let’s make our matchdays safe, together.
