- Careers development programme supporting young black men, aged 16 to 25 within Newham who are unemployed/underemployed
- Courses will run for six months and include bespoke workshops, one-to-one support, and professional mentoring
- Working with participants with the aim to secure employment or career progressions for those involved
- Collaborative approach, partners include: ELBA, Newham Workplace, Newham College, NLP Sports, New Direction

To date the programme has delivered:
- 31 employers engaged in contributing to employment outcomes: 46 mentors and business champions
- 16 employer engagement events
- Circulated 116 paid opportunities
- Enrolled 68 young black males onto the programme
- 11 securing jobs with average starting salary of 16.7K
- 100% felt supported through the programme
- 95% would share it with their friends
- ü85% are now more confident in their chances of finding work
