Energetic forward Emma Harries made the move to West Ham United in August 2023 having departed Reading at the end of the 2022/23 season. 

An attacker who is capable of playing across the front-line, Harries joined the Royals when she was eight years old and made her senior debut against the Hammers in October 2020. 

Harries would go on to sign her first professional in January 2021 and, in her debut season, she would play 16 times. 

The forward would continue her development and become an important part of the Kelly Chambers’ side in the next two seasons, scoring six goals in 51 WSL appearances in total during her time in Berkshire.
