West Ham United Women are recruiting for their Women's Academy Programme for the 2022/23 season.

Over recent seasons, a number of local players have progressed from academy level into the first team squad, earning minutes in the Barclays FA Women's Super League, Vitality Women's FA Cup and Continental Tyres League Cup - playing against and with some of the best players in the country!
