Richie Age: 11 Favourite Player: Jarrod Bowen Why do you want to be on the JSB? I would like to help the younger fans have a better experience and to feel more included.	Rose Age: 16 Favourite Player: Jarrod Bowen Why do you want to be on the JSB? To help continue to improve our great Club. Having attended London Stadium since 2016 I want to try and continue to improve matchday experiences for everyone, especially young fans who are the future of our ‘MASSIVE’ club!	Grace Age: 16 Favourite Player: James Ward-Prowse Why do you want to be on the JSB? The main reason I want to be on the Junior Supporters Board is to represent other young people like me and give them a chance to have their voices heard within the club.

Zach Age: 13 Favourite Player: Jarrod Bowen Why do you want to be on the JSB? To get involved and to see West Ham improve throughout the years. I want to help young supporters who may be new to West Ham to get involved in what the Hammers are all about. COYI	Lenny Age: 11 Favourite Player: Lucas Paquetá Why do you want to be on the JSB? I am a lifelong fan of the club and I want to help improve the club for young supporters. I feel strongly about helping out and it means a lot to join. To give myself a direct opportunity to speak for myself and the community of fellow supporters and for the Club to listen to what we think is going well, in hope of making the West Ham experience the best as possible.

The JSB is a great opportunity to help make matchday experiences better for the younger generation and I am very eager in including all children into the loving sport of football.	Kora Age: 11 Favourite Player: Michail Antonio Why do you want to be on the JSB? I am mad about the Hammers! I have been a loyal fan for around seven years now since the age of four. I am kind, loyal and outgoing but sometimes I can get a bit nervous. That's why I think being on the Board can help boost my confidence and help me become a leader.
