Connor Brooks joined West Ham United from Isthmian League North Division side Concord Rangers on his 17th birthday, on July 9 2025.

The midfielder made his Concord debut during the 2024/25 season and was soon an integral part of Sam Collins’ team, establishing himself as a mainstay after making his debut in the FA Vase against AFC Dunstable in August 2024.

He made over 20 appearances across all competitions in the Beach Boys’ 2024/25 campaign, which saw them finish 16th in the Isthmian League North Division.

He rejoined Concord for the first few months of the season before continuing his development with our U18s, making 25 appearances in all competitions including three in our U17 Premier League Cup winning campaign.
