In addition to all the relevant Government guidance many additional measures will be implemented by clubs to satisfy the requirements of local safety bodies – we need your continued support and cooperation with that to ensure grounds are safe places for everyone in the stadium on matchdays.
You must read and agree to follow this Code at all times. If you have purchased tickets on behalf of others, please make sure they have also read this Code of Conduct.
This Code is designed to help create a safe and enjoyable environment and to protect you and your fellow supporters. To assist club staff please take the time to know what is expected of you. If you do not comply with this Code, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the stadium.
Before purchasing a ticket, and again before attending a match, you must decide whether it is appropriate for you to attend, including careful consideration of associated risks and your vulnerability status. This will include consideration based on your own personal circumstances (including your age, group size and make up, health status and susceptibility to infection).
Supporters will understand the club is obligated to comply with the Government Guidance, which must be distributed to ticket holders. In addition to this, the club commits to:

This code will involve the Women’s Supporters Board (WSB) in discussions going forwards.

Please note - Clubs reserve the right to eject any spectator who fails to comply with this Code of Conduct.

SLO’s will be on hand for any supporter services enquiry’s such as directional, feedback or any ad Hoc enquire.
Deciding not to come to a game
Please do not attend a game:

If you or anyone if your household currently has symptoms of COVID-19, or have had symptoms in the past 14 days

You or any members of your household or support bubble have been diagnosed with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days
-
You or any members of your household or support bubble have been contacted via the NHS track and trace app told to self-isolate
-
You have been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
Before the Match
Health

The club is cooperating with the NHS Track and Trace system. Ensure the ticket purchaser’s details are up to date.

As per government guidelines, face masks are mandatory, please bring one with you. If consuming food or drink face coverings can be removed.

Faces masks will be available to purchase from the Club Store and merchandise stands.

Facemask exemption wristbands will be provided from the Supporter Services Booth at the entrance to the carpark, The Clubs Supporter Liaison Officers will carry wristbands.
Ticketing

Tickets purchased cannot be sold or passed on to another person. Photo identification may be requested on entry or whilst in the ground.
Facilities

To ensure that your match day experience is enjoyable the club aims to provide as many facilities and services as possible – toilets, eateries, soft drink outlets. Have you checked to see if any to see if any are out of use? Each matchday may differ so stay up to date by visiting our website and following social media posts.

Cash or card will be accepted as payment at the stadium

The following articles must not be brought within the Ground - knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Ground.
Entry to the Match

Be early! This will ensure you have enough time to go through all the necessary entry procedures.

Your temperature might be taken before entry.
During the match

Hands! Maintain good hand hygiene – use the sanitiser dispensers provided and avoid touching your face whenever possible.

Face! Cover your mouth/nose if needing to cough or sneeze.

Space! Remember social distancing, avoid hugs, high-fives and close contact with others.

Please remember to respect maintain safe distances when celebrating

Stay in your seat for the full game if possible – and that includes half time. Standing fans must stay within their social bubble and avoid unnecessary movement. If you need to move, wait until gangways are clear. Avoid face to face contact

Please comply with and respect requests from the stewarding team
Post match

Your safety is our priority. Departure will be managed by the stewards' guidance, please follow their instructions.
