Finley Hooper joined the Hammers at U9 level, signing a full-time Scholarship at the Club in summer 2024. Throughout his time with the Academy of Football, Hooper has impressed coaches with his technique, instigating many attacking transitions with his excellent distribution.

In his first year as a scholar, Hooper made 18 appearances in all competitions keeping two clean sheets.

He put pen to paper on his first professional deal in September 2025.
