West Ham United women's team enjoyed a fun and relaxed week of training off the back of their first ever victory over Arsenal last weekend.
The West Ham TV cameras headed over to Chadwell Heath to capture some of the best bits from a jovial session earlier this week.
Rehanne Skinner's side were without a fixture this weekend, but prepare to face Everton next Sunday, the final fixture before the February international break.
