On This Day: Hammers score record away Premier League win at Derby

Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, presented by Heineken...

West Ham United scored their biggest away win in Premier League history on this day 16 years ago.

Midfielder Lee Bowyer scored twice as Alan Curbishley's Irons thrashed Derby County at Pride Park on 10 November 2007.

Nolberto Solano had already hit the crossbar with a curling free-kick before Bowyer fired home from Carlton Cole's header down.

West Ham took total control after half-time, with Matthew Upson hitting the crossbar before Matty Etherington drove in the visitors' second goal.

Jonathan Spector's shot squirmed beyond Eddie Lewis on the line to make it 3-0, Bowyer shot in from Cole's pass for the fourth and Solano completed the rout of the Rams with another fine free-kick.
