Jarrod Bowen celebrates Mohammed Kudus' goal against Newcastle United

Fantasy Premier League - Gameweek 10 hints and tricks

West Ham United look to return to winning ways on Sunday - and Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers will again cast an eye over Hammers players for this Gameweek.

A visiting Everton side awaits, although David Moyes' men will be aiming to push further up the table – and hopefully, earn a few FPL points too, with a positive result at London Stadium.

With a Friday kick-off this weekend, make sure you note the earlier FPL transfer deadline, as Gameweek Ten will start on Friday 27 October 2023 at 6.30pm.

On whufc.com and our Official Programme, we’ll be giving you tips and tricks and Hammers to watch across the season!

Let's start with Jarrod Bowen....

Bowen’s on fire

It has been an impressive start to the season for Bowen (£7.4m), who has been one of the Hammers' standout performers in 2023/24.

Playing as part of a front three or even leading the line on occasion means that Bowen, who is a midfielder on FPL, has the chance to return plenty of points.

The seventh-highest selected midfielder on the game, at 20.7 per cent, has scored in three of his last four Premier League outings and has quickly taken his FPL returns to an average of 6.4 points per match.

Heading into his 170th Hammers outing, Bowen has six goals and one assist in his first nine Premier League games. He has seen a price rise of £0.4m, as a result.

A key contributor in Claret and Blue since signing in January 2020, Bowen will also take confidence from West Ham’s next eight fixtures all being rated by FPL as a difficulty of three or less.

Last campaign against this opposition, the No20 struck twice in a 2-0 win at London Stadium – and will hope to add to his record of four career goal contributions against the Toffees on Sunday.

Opposition Watch: Everton

Seeking his first Premier League goal of the season, FPL managers may be looking towards Everton forward Beto (£5.9m), who opened his Blues account in the Carabao Cup against Doncaster Rovers earlier this campaign.

If you are looking for a guaranteed starter, then Jordan Pickford (£4.4m) is your man. He is selected by 7.5 per cent of managers, with many FPL bosses looking for a regular starting XI goalkeeper in that price range.

With Ashley Young (£4.4m) suspended for the fixture, Vitaliy Mykolenko (£4.3m) looks a safe bet at left-back. He picked up six points in the Toffee’s recent 3-0 win over AFC Bournemouth, although the Hammers will hope there is no clean sheet bonus for the full-back on Sunday.
