After featuring on the back of the Hammers’ shirts during the Club’s US pre-season tour, Weedon Ranch, a charitable initiative supported by Essex Mortgage, will now extend its presence across West Ham’s US digital channels and in-game LED system to drive further awareness amongst the more than three million Hammers fans stateside.
Weedon Ranch, nestled in the mountains above Park City, Utah, has already raised over $1m for charitable causes and is targeting $6m by the end of 2025, making it one of Utah’s leading fundraising venues.
A significant beneficiary is The Foundry, West Ham United’s recently reopened charitable Foundation in Beckton, which now supports 50,000 people annually across 35 different programmes. The transformational redevelopment will have a lasting impact on West Ham United’s community both domestically and overseas.
A significant fundraiser for The Foundry is the annual Winter Weekender in Park City at Weedon Ranch, where fans from across the US unite for a weekend of West Ham–themed activities and one of the biggest watch parties outside London.
The inaugural event in February saw 150 West Ham United fans cheer on the team on as they beat Arsenal 1-0. This season’s event takes place on 6-7 February — register your interest by clicking here.
Weedon Ranch has set an ambitious target of hosting 100 fundraising and community events every year, cementing its place as a venue with both purpose and personality. This ambition mirrors West Ham United’s own commitment to growth, community, and lasting impact — symbolised by our multi-million pound redevelopment in Beckton. These values will continue to sit at the heart of this progressive transatlantic partnership.
