Potter and staff win LMA Performance of the Week award

Head Coach Graham Potter and his coaching staff have been awarded the League Managers Association (LMA) Everest Performance of the Week for guiding West Ham United to a 3-0 Premier League win at Nottingham Forest.

The LMA panel, comprising of former Hammers Les Ferdinand MBE and Stuart Pearce MBE, former managerial greats Sir Alex Ferguson CBE, Barry Fry, Mick McCarthy and Martin O’Neill OBE, and influential figures in the women's game Jess Creighton, Clare Tomlinson Carla War and Rachel Yankey OBE, recognised the Irons’ outstanding victory at the City Ground on Sunday.

Having defended superbly against Forest throughout, West Ham scored three goals inside the final six minutes and added-time to score a first Premier League success of the 2025/26 season.

Potter switched to a 4-3-3 formation, gave a debut to new signing Mateus Fernandes and saw two of the substitutes he introduced, Crysencio Summerville and Callum Wilson, both play a integral roles in the Londoners’ strong finish to the game.

The Head Coach and his staff - Billy Reid, Bruno, Narcis Pelach, Casper Ankergren and Linus Kandolin - were presented with the Everest Performance of the Week award trophy at Rush Green training ground on Friday.
