Ylinn Tennebø joined West Ham United in January 2026.
Born in China, she was adopted by parents in the Norwegian town of Måløy at the age of nine months.
Tennebø started with Tornado Måløy and Kaupanger as a teenager before moving to Norwegian Toppserien side Avaldsnes in 2019. She spent two season there before switching to Oslo-based Vålerenga in 2021.
The defender won the Norwegian Women’s Cup in her first season, then the Toppserien title in 2023.
Tennebø was capped by Norway at age-group level and was part of the squad which reached the UEFA Women’s U17 Euro semi-finals in 2017.

Made her West Ham United debut away at Everton, coming on as a second-half substitute on 15 February... Made first start in Claret and Blue in Adobe Women's FA Cup tie at home to Brighton & Hove Albion on 22 February... Made full WSL debut in goalless draw at home to Manchester United on 18 March... Featured seven times across the campaign in all competitions.
