Scott Ross was appointed West Ham United's women's team goalkeeping coach on 10 August 2026.

Ross arrived at the Hammers having spent the last four years at Hibernian, where he initially served as the women’s first-team goalkeeping coach before becoming lead academy goalkeeping coach. He also spent more than eight years at Inverness Caledonian Thistle, including five years as the club’s academy goalkeeping coach.
