Connor Brooks joined West Ham United on his 17th birthday in July 2025.

The midfielder started his career at Isthmian League club Concord Rangers in the 2024/25 season and was soon an integral part of Sam Collins’ team, establishing himself as a mainstay after making his debut in the FA Vase against AFC Dunstable in August 2024.

He made over 20 appearances across all competitions in the Beach Boys’ 2024/25 campaign, which saw them finish 16th in the Isthmian League North Division.

He rejoined Concord for the first few months of the season before continuing his development with our U18s, making 25 appearances in all competitions including three in our 2026 U17 Premier League Cup winning campaign.
