Like his older brother Jethro, Jephthah Medine joined West Ham United at U9s, before continuing to develop at the Academy of Football and signing his scholarship in the summer of 2025.
The younger Medine is an exciting wide player who displays great balance and agility in 1v1 situations. He created and scored over 30 goals throughout his U16s season in 2024/25.
