Isaac Thomas is a Wales U19 international central midfielder who started his scholarship in July 2026.

Born in Romford, Thomas made his debut for West Ham United's U18s in an U18 Premier League South win over West Bromwich Albion on 6 May 2025, aged 15 years and eight months. He recorded an assist just four minutes after being introduced as a late substitute.

While still a schoolboy, Thomas scored an incredible four goals on his first U18 Premier League South start in an 8-2 win at Ipswich Town on 1 November 2025. He added a fifth goal of the season in a home win over Brighton & Hove Albion on 2 May 2026.

Thomas made his FA Youth Cup debut as a substitute in the Hammers' fourth-round defeat at Everton on 16 January 2026, having made his U21s debut in a home defeat by Borussia Dortmund in the Premier League International Cup three days earlier.

Thomas started the Hammers' 3-2 U17 Premier League Cup final win over Blackburn Rovers on 15 April 2026, assisting his team's opening goal scored by Jude Longman.

He has been capped by Wales at U15, U16, U17 and U19 levels, appearing in UEFA European U17 and U19 Championship qualifiers.
