Striker Bailey Pammenter started his scholarship at the Academy of Football in July 2026.

Pammenter joined West Ham United from Cambridge City as a schoolboy in November 2025, having scored a direct free-kick for the club against Dorking Wanderers in the FA Youth Cup first round earlier the same month.

The forward was born in Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire but qualifies for Czechia and received his first international call-up at U18s level in September 2026.
