Priority Point Away Match Ticket Applications

Priority Points are used for Season Ticket Holder's applications when Away Match Tickets are oversubscribed.

For each away fixture attended one Priority Point is added to the Season Ticket Holder's account. All Priority Points are valid for the previous and the current season combined.

Supporters who make Priority Points applications should note that the process for applying for Away Match Tickets has changed for this season.
 
You will no longer need to submit a form by fax or email, but apply in an online only process which will recognise your Priority Point order.
 
Specific timeslots will be open throughout the day depending on your number of Priority Points, for example: 
 
8+ points: 9am
7+ points: 10am
6+ points: 11am
5+ points: 12pm
4+ points: 1pm
3+ points: 2pm
2+ points: 3pm
1+ points: 4pm

If applying with other Season Ticket Holders, the whole Priority Point application form will be filed and processed in order of those with the lowest number of Priority Points upon the application form.

West Ham United organise Official Coach Travel to selected Away Matches. Booking is available by Telephone or In Person.
