Joel Kerr joined West Ham United from NIFL Premiership club Glentoran FC in July 2025.

A talented winger, Kerr was born in The Rock, County Tyrone and also starred for his home County in Gaelic Football.

Kerr joined the Glentoran Academy in 2020, consistently played 'up' age-groups, captained Glentoran’s U14s to a National League title in 2023 and the club's U16s to the NIFL Academy League crown in 2024.

Capped by Northern Ireland at U14, U15, U16 and U17 levels, Kerr also starred for County Tyrone at the SuperCupNI in both 2023 and 2024.
