Thank you for your interest in this free prize draw. Please read the following terms and conditions:
Promoter: West Ham United Football Club Limited with registered company number 66516 whose registered office is West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST.
The Prize Draw is open to any person who meets the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions, excluding employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its affiliated companies or agents, and any other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of such consent.
The Prize Draw opens at 11:00 BST on 05/08/2026 and closes at 12:45 BST on 12/09/2026 (the “Entry Period”). Any person matching the criteria set out in point 1 and meeting the entry requirements below will be entered into the prize draw to win.

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must be the named ticket holder on a valid purchased ticket for the fixture between London City Lionesses and West Ham United on 12 September 2026. Tickets purchased before or during the Entry Period will qualify. Entry is per named ticket holder, rather than per purchaser. All West Ham United 2026/27 Women’s Season Ticket Holders, including junior Season Ticket Holders, will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw and no further action is required on their part, subject to the parental or legal guardian consent requirement above. Qualifying match tickets and season tickets must be valid at the close of the Entry Period. No separate entry form or additional payment is required.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Holding multiple qualifying tickets, or qualifying as both a match ticket holder and a Women’s Season Ticket Holder, will not increase that person’s chances of winning. Duplicate entries will be removed before the draw.
Any entries received outside of the Entry Period, other than qualifying ticket purchases made before the Entry Period as described above, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void and ineligible for a Prize.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents. The winner will be selected at random during the week commencing 14 September 2026, before being notified (the “Draw Date”). The winner will receive one (1) Prize.
The winner will be notified via email during the week commencing 14 September 2026, using the contact email address associated with their qualifying match ticket or Women’s Season Ticket. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from a winner and pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above. The Prize will be sent to the winner by post within 60 days of the winner having been notified of their win.
The Prize and the winner’s use of such Prize shall be subject to such further terms and conditions as are notified by the Promoter or the provider of such prize to the relevant winner and the winner agrees to be bound by such further terms and conditions.
By entering this Prize draw, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
By entering, each entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Prize they may win. The Promoter reserves the right to require reasonable proof of such entrants eligibility.
No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. This does not prevent entry for named ticket holders whose qualifying tickets were purchased on their behalf, or automatic entry for eligible Women’s Season Ticket Holders. Entries disallowed due to technical issues or which are in breach of these terms and conditions shall not be included in the prize draw.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize does not include anything which is not expressly set out in these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, spending money, food and drinks or any other general expenses.
The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
By entering the Prize draw, each entrant agrees that, in the event of them being drawn as a winner of the Prize draw, (i) the Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names on their websites and social media and (ii) such winner consents to the Promoter’s reasonable requests in relation to the taking and publication of promotional photographs.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
By entering the Prize draw, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. Personal data associated with qualifying match tickets and Women’s Season Tickets will be used to administer the Prize Draw. Contact details associated with these tickets may be used to verify entries, contact the winner and fulfil the Prize. Personal data may be processed by third-party ticketing, administration or fulfilment service providers acting on behalf of the Promoter. It will not be used for direct marketing unless the entrant has separately consented to receive such communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.whufc.com/privacy-policy, which explains entrants’ rights and how their personal data is protected.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of this Prize draw or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Competition or as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any Prize, if the Prize draw does not run as planned or if any part of any Prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
