Sales Dates
The first 90% of tickets sold out to Bondholders, Away Scheme Members and Season Ticket Holders with 12+ Loyalty Points. The remaining 10% (306 tickets) were then made available by a ballot process to Season Ticket Holders who had yet to purchase for this fixture. The ballot closed at 12pm on Wednesday 3 December.
Important Information
Tickets will be issued in NFC digital format for this fixture and will be distributed by email from the West Ham United Ticket Office in the week of the fixture date.
Blocks 013, 014, 313 and 314
Please be advised that supporters within Blocks 013, 014, 313 and 314 have rail seating installed, meaning supporters in these sections of the stadium have the option of standing throughout the match.
Age Restrictions
We would like to highlight Manchester City’s policy in relation to Under 18s attending a match at the Etihad Stadium.
Under-14s
Supporters Under 14 are not allowed to enter the stadium without an Adult (Over 18). As a result, and in-line with reasonable adjustments, any supporter who is Under 14 must attend with their parent/guardian and are required to pay the prevailing rate for both their seats. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies to all disabled supporters, whether walking ambulant or who require the use of a wheelchair.
Over-14s and Under-18s
Supporters over 14 and under 18 can enter the stadium unaccompanied however they are not allowed to be responsible for another supporter. Only supporters over 18 can be responsible for a child under 18.
Away Scheme
The Away Scheme automated payment process was not in operation for this fixture. All Away Scheme Members had the opportunity to purchase using the Interactive Seat Plan at eticketing.co.uk/whufc during their allocated time slot.
Official Travel
Coaches depart from Pudding Mill Lane DLR station at 7am and Rush Green Training Ground at 7.30am.
